Job Description:
Works with the department leadership team to coordinate and align sales, operations, and scheduling activities. Develop and execute strategic sales and target/key account plans. Create and manage sales group budgets. Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy by communicating project status and updates. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel. Determine key business development KPIs. Deliver sales and profitability growth for the Solar Department by negotiating and closing sales agreements. Seek out and develop new customer/partner relationships in assigned markets, segments, and geographies. Provide consistent communication of progress and challenges with department heads and customers. Develop and present sales-related reports as requested. Effectively manage project schedule and oversee key projects for the department and Current Electric. Coordinate activities through cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables. Develop, supervise, and improve the daily workflows of the department. Support staff and employee development Practice the Values and Points of Culture of Current Electric. Support overall Vision and Mission of Current Electric.
Experience Required:
5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management or similar role. 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent sales prospecting and closing skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate to meet deadlines. Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or Renewable Energies degree or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of sustainable or renewable energy systems preferred. Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check required. Pre-employment drug screening required.

Essential Functions · Designs and prepares plan layout as asked by customer using 2020. · Provides top level solutions creative in design of cabinetry, countertops and appliances. · Develops accurate quoting and scheduling to meet customer needs. · Provides excellent customer service through sales calls with purpose to sell and follow-up. · Provides internal customers with accurate and complete information to maintain efficient process flow. · Coordinates with team members to assist where needed to provide seamless customer service. · Contributes to a positive team environment.

Summary Under the direction of the Sr. Maintenance Mechanic, assists the team by performing repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on buildings and facilities equipment, fixtures and systems.
